Exchange Policy
At TITTLI, we aim to ensure you love every purchase. We currently offer exchange only and do not provide returns or refunds.
1. Return Policy
We want you to love what you buy. At TITTLI, we currently offer exchange only.
Customers can only request an exchange subject to the terms below.
2. Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
For example:
If the order is delivered on the 1st, the exchange request must be raised by the 5th (delivery date + 4 days).
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us on:

Kindly share:
- Order ID
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for exchange
- Clear product images (if required)
4. Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product should be in resalable condition
TITTLI reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
5. Reverse Pickup Charges
- For size, color, or style change: Reverse pickup charges will be borne by the customer
- For manufacturing defects or incorrect product received: Reverse pickup will be arranged free of cost by TITTLI
6. Exchange Process
Once the exchange request is approved:
- Reverse pickup will be scheduled
- The returned product will undergo quality check (QC)
- After approval, the exchanged product will be dispatched
Exchange will only be processed after the returned product passes QC.
7. Exchange Timeline
- Reverse pickup and QC process will be completed first
- New product dispatch will be initiated after QC approval
- The entire exchange process may take 7–14 working days after pickup
8. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Customized products
- Final sale or clearance items
9. Product Availability
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size, color, or style is unavailable, customers may choose an alternate product.
10. Important Notes
- Exchange requests without proper proof or outside the policy window will not be accepted
- Slight color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects
TITTLI reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
