All shipping charges, including taxes, duties, and customs (where applicable), are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise explicitly mentioned. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, TITTLI holds no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses submitted by customers. Any re-shipment due to address errors will incur additional charges borne by the customer.
